Have you checked your spam folder yet? If it's not there, wait a bit just in case they're still being sent. If you still haven't received them after that, check your order online again, and contact AMC online or by phone to confirm.
Probably better off asking the theatre instead of strangers ;)
Might want to check to make sure the card was charged and the transaction completed. Might have missed a step and quit to early. Either way this isn't really something that can be solved on here, I would contact AMC directly.
