We had a great experience at this Honda dealership. All of the staff were friendly and honest with us about prices and expectations for currently available vehicles. We were able to feel comfortable with both the salesperson, Maged, and the finance person, Jerry. We enjoyed learning about both in our time with them, and they were incredibly respectful of our time. We'd definitely recommend others to snag a car from here in the future.

Great experience at Honda this morning! June greeted me in a nice way. Explained what the checkup would involve, how much it would cost and promised to consult me if mechanics had any additional recommendations. Waiting area was comfortable with coffee and snacks available. Oil change and checkup was finished within an hour and a half. Cashier went over printout on work that was done. Thanks for a good experience . Gerry

I first saw a Honda Passport listed on the dealer website that I was interested in. My lease was coming due and I was interested in getting into another lease. I called & got an appointment to come in to test drive the Passport. My salesperson Jake M. ran the numbers and helped me decide the Passport would not be my best choice for the price range I was looking for. Instead we discussed other options and landed on the 2022 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. Jake was super helpful & respectful. He was a great listener and very easy to talk to. I appreciated his communication at all points during my purchase timeline, as he provided me updates on when my car would be ready to be picked up as well as getting my registration & sticker taken care of. I would definitely recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington and especially Jake Matton.

No, our service department is no longer open on Sunday.
There was a plastic card that came with the owners manual that has the radio serial number and 5 digit security code. There may also be a sticker in the gloves box. If not , you will need to bring it by.
