Everyone I worked with (Nicholas and Michael) were super helpful and compassionate! I never felt like I was lost during the process or my concerns weren’t listened to. I wasn’t pushed to make a purchase, but was guided in a way to make a better informed decision. It was a welcoming environment and any question I had was answered. They’re super helpful and friendly, and would most definitely work with these folks again!

Michael was very professional and called me first thing in the morning to discuss my service needs after dropping off the car the night before. He thoroughly reviewed the options and made recommendations - even talking me out of unnecessary service. He called several hours later and said the car was done and provided another professional recap of the service performed. Highly professional and highly recommend Michael. Well done - very pleased!

Great, friendly service. I brought my Kia Seltos here for the first servicing - oil change and alignment. We spoke to Diego over the phone and another man in person whose name I did not catch. Both were honest and personable. We took an uber to the nearby mall while our car was being service and returned an hour and a half later. Our car was freshly washed (which was a nice surprise) and ready to go. Sure we could have gone somewhere cheaper and maybe saved a few bucks, but it was well worth the price for professional and timely service. We called a few other Kia locations where the service center folks wouldn't even answer the phone.

First time buying a Kia I have to say they have the most beautiful car designs right now !! Ryan was amazing very attentive. Definitely if you are planning to buy ask for him . He makes the purchase experience much better with his positive attitude!!! Thank you Kia !!!
