Everything they make is delicious. This restaurant is such a great addition to the Burlington restaurant scene. We need more "Mom and Pops" and less of the chains. My favorite is the Ban Hoi with Grilled Lemongrass Beef.

Fantastic food and wonderful staff. The crispy pork belly banh mi was incredible, as was the pho and the summer rolls. Can't wait to try more of the menu and they also have a lot of seasonal specials to try. I loved this place and can't wait to go back

Wow! This is the best Pho I have had in a really long time. Very impressed with the love and time they put into every dish. It really shows with the first bite. Took home the broth to us for shabu shabu. We will be coming back.

A casual Vietnamese restaurant with an open kitchen. The menu is short. You order and pay at the front, and foods will be delivered to the table if you’re dining in. You are expected the cleanup the table after you finish eating. …Thanks Albert for the thorough review. Glad you liked the foods. Cali always has the advantage of lower food cost (closer to the source) and labor (south of the border). Boston / Burlington real estate is just as expensive as northern CA, so price is all relative to locality. :D

Questions & Answers

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

We currently reduced our indoor dining from 10 tables to 3 tables. They are all spaced at least 6' apart. All staffs wear masks & gloves. Only one party can enter to order in person, keeping 6' social distancing, and must wear masks. Everyone picking up orders have to wait outside or call in for curbside pick up. Our front counter has clear barrier to protect our staff and customers. Our dining room and kitchen are open concept so the make up air is constantly pumping fresh air into our dinning area, which is only about 25% capacity right now. We sanitize at every turn, and all silver ware and containers are compostable and disposable. We won't be opening up more seats until most of the the population is vaccinated by the summer. Our staff and customers' safety are our top priority.

Is this a casual rest? What type of food is served here?

Yes this is a casual restaurant - can be taken as to go or dine in. The restaurant serves Vietnamese food specializing in Pho Ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup) and Banh Mi Heo Quay (Crispy Roasted Pork Belly Sub/Baguette) Side dishes/apps currently include summer rolls and fried egg rolls Some other items on the menu to be added in the near future
