it’s funny how i’m spending $1000 a month (4,000 per apartment space) not including parking just for my apartment to smell like old dog and roaches on the floor. For a thousand dollars a month per room you’d think the least they could do is make it smell halfway decent. Disgusting. I honestly can’t believe it.

My daughter is finishing her first year living at UV. We are thrilled that she has found such a great place to live! I feel like she is very safe there, and there have been no issues in her building. I have heard of horror stories from other parents at other apartment communities, but so far UV has been 5 star all the way! I would highly recommend UV to anyone who is looking for a great place to live near campus.
