We booked for a king suite whirlpool and sadly to say the room could be clean better. Some of the walls were peeled and still damp wet towels, followed by dusty vent/no trash bags in bins. Even found some condiments on the floor and bread pieces outside in the patio. 3/5 star for cleanliness. Front desk was phenomenal during the evening, but morning could smile more and at least try to listen to my worries/complaints. She was rude in a way for rushing me vs asking other customers how was their stay. Not a great send off. Would've been a 5/5 star for services. Which turned out to be a 3/5 star. Location was great, due to the fact it was close by to many places I wanted to browse and shop etc. Will we be back? No, for not treating us fairly. Not worth the price.

Megan and Sarah at the front desk were both very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet after 10 p.m. The decor looks pretty tired however.

Stayed for one night. The room, and the hotel in general, was clean and well maintained. I had a room that faced the highway and there was no road noise. The amenities are nice and easy to access. It was a quick drive in and out of downtown. This is a convenient hotel for anyone staying on the Eastside of Madison.

The Hotel is ok but overpriced for what you get. We just checked out today and have to say it’s the most uncomfortable bed, the headboard is against the bathroom shower wall so if you are trying to sleep in or anything forget it. No breakfast. The only reason I am rating it at a 3 is because it was clean and staff was friendly. It was ok but there are numerous other hotels better priced.
