I absolutely loved my stay here! Staff answered questions professionally and politely on the phone before my stay. I built a very joyful relationship with all staff members during my stay. I really appreciated the shuttle service to my conference in the morning. I went into the dining area to ask servers and bartenders to fill up my water-bottle which they were happy to do so. The only thing to know is someone has uploaded photos of a pool on Google but this hotel does not have a pool. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Madison.

Excellent service room was great! Clean!! Kathrine from the bar was amazing! She gave us out of towners helpful tips! Shuttle runs in a 2 mile radios. Extremely nice knowledgeable staff! Thank you !!! Definitely would come back!

The craft cocktails were really good. The cheese curds were tasty and chewy. The server was absent at times. Like bringing our drinks and taking our payment. We like this setting.

I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff, and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The drivers for the shuttle to and from the conference at the University were on top of it; as well as the drive to the airport. The rooms were very clean. You won't go wrong with your stay here!
