My dad had an appointment today. I scheduled the pick up 2 days ago. I received a text message saying that the cab would be here in 6 minutes to pick him up. After waiting for 15 minutes I called the cab services and asked to speak to the driver. The driver told me he wasn't coming to pick him up #120 (cab driver). I called the company again, they told me in 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed by and nothing. Called again and spoke to a young lady, she put me on hold and never returned to my call. My dad ended up missing his appointment. This was not the first time that this happened with this company. Very irresponsible this cab services. I wouldn't recommend it.

My wife went through a disastrous time trying to get home after her scheduled pick up time was for 3:30 pm, then was told by the driver that she had to wait because he was taking someone else first. Dispatch was told she was picked up. When my wife called to complain, the same driver appeared shortly afterwards which my wife was not happy. A complaint has been filed against the base & driver from my wife & social worker
