10/10! Tri-county has amazed me with it's new administration and organization of its team. The employees are very attentive and work quickly. The doctors were very calm, and helpful.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They’re customer service is beyond terrible as far as organization and service. They schedule you for a time but don’t call you at that time and get upset that you ask what’s going on. If they’re delayed they should communicate that the set time will not be exact at the very least. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible service! Betsy is the worst!! Don't use their services. Cannot be trusted! They lie and tell you they will have the doctor call, but don't do anything except make appointments, which cost money of course. I had a simple question about a medication they put my mom on, yet Betsy would not give the message to Dr. Javani. I left a message with someone on a Thursday and didn't hear back, so Monday afternoon I called again only to be treated very rudely by Betsy! I hope no one else has to go through the same stress I did. It's ridiculous. This is supposed to be a helpful mental facility, instead it just causes problems. Stay away and find somewhere else to go, anywhere else.

They do not listen. Ormc told that that I had to be admitted for dangerous panic attack and the gave me a prescription for clonazepam to keep them under control. I was when I talk to my therapist after my second visit with her after I was out of the hospital she decided that I was no longer in the category of severe panic disorder but bipolar. I'm not bipolar I'm just angry all the time and it's because of s*** like this. I turned them into my insurance board and filed a complaint to the medical board. Anybody know a doctor that specializes in panic disorder let me know.
