Convenient ferry to midtown and downtown Brookfield place. Ferry service to midtown on weekends too.

It's $9 each way, so $18. You can buy tickets in advance and they are good for 30 days.

depends on the destination. Ferry to midtown (39th st) runs from 6 am to 12 am. $9 per ride. Ferry to WTC, Pier 11 and others run only during peak hrs. $13.5 per ride. more info at nywaterway.com

Not usually but if you come on the later side of a commuting day you may have to park on one of the top floors
