I called first thing in the morning and Josh responded quickly to set up a timeframe to check out my A/C issues. He thoroughly explained the maintenance service he was performing and showed me the areas of concern. I enrolled in the annual premier membership which is a great deal! I recommend you use 1/4 cup of bleach April through November and vinegar December through March. Your drain should have a access port by the air handler. If it does not call us and we can install it on our next trip.
Yes. This is moisture being removed from the inside of your home. Make sure you vacuum your drain line at least twice a year. We provide this service with your yearly maintenance.
