People are nice technicians know what they're doing its always busy( No appointments it's a first come first service) nothing especially standards out it's your typical maintenance car dealership The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was interested in a new F150 that was listed on Tropical Ford's website and click on the "get eprice" for price details. I received an email from the internet sales manager asking the best way to contact me. I replied and asked her to please call me. I also received an email from the dealership with a price quote for the vehicle, which listed the sticker price as the sale price. After 3 hours I never heard from her so I called the dealership to talk with her. I asked her several questions about added fees and specifically about dealer added "market adjustments". She said the only fee or adder was a $599 dealer fee. I told her I would be at the dealership the next morning to pickup the vehicle. I live in South Brevard county and drove over an hour the next morning to the dealership and arrived around 10am. I ask for her and was told she was not there today and another gentleman would help me. He brings the vehicle around and right there on the sticker is a $6k market adjustment added. I tell him that I was told by the internet sales manager there were no market adjustments and he replies that she would not say that. So he offers to run the numbers and of course after he does I'm not interested. He asks what he can do to change my mind and I tell him remove the $6k, and he says he can't do that. I drove over 1 hour into Orlando only to learn this dealership is dishonest. On the way home I stop at another Ford dealership in Kissimmee and purchase a new F150 with no adders or dealer fees. The next day I receive an email from Tropical Ford to thank me for the opportunity and what they could do to convince me to buy the vehicle. I reply and tell them my story and hear nothing back from the dealership.

No. It only applies to Tropical Ford. They might honor it at other dealers owned in the same group.
You will need to call the dealer directly on this one. This dealer has replaced the airbags in my Ranger for all recent recalls.
