The staff is very friendly, they deserve a 5 star. But I spent almost 7 hours with my boyfriend in the emergency room due to unbearable pain in his stomach. I had appendicitis. I think they were negligent, I consider it was priority care, there was no one in the room on the floor because of pain. Yes, the same doctors who operated on him said that it is dangerous to wait because the appendix could rupture and his life could be in danger... I think they should work on it. Everything else super super good, the doctors, nurses, attention is very good and when they pass you to the room. Even Mrs. Rita from the Food department was so kindeeee
