I recently moved from IL and had an enclosed trailer that I wanted to sell. I didn't want the hassle of trying to sell on Facebook Marketplace or Craigs list. I called several businesses that sold trailers, but none wanted to sell on consignment until I contacted Packards of Florida. They are a 3rd generation family owned/operated business. I met Nick (son of the owner) who was very helpful in discussing the procedures for transferring an out-of-state titled trailer to Florida. He recommended what he felt would be a fair price that would sell within a reasonable time. He found a buyer within a few days. Packards handled all the paperwork with the Florida DMV including finding a facility to weigh the trailer. Nick at all times went out of his way to keep me posted on how things were progressing. When I picked up my check, I spoke with Steve(Nick's dad) and thanked him for the great service. He said their philosophy was to treat their customers the same way they want to be treated when they are customers. It is so rare (a real pleasure) to work with a business that is so "customer service oriented". If another occasion arises, I would definitely do business with them again !
