ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE with their phone system. NOBODY PICKS UP or place you on 40 minutes dringy-dingy---- then someone answers and switches and 40 minutes dringy-dingy. Evara superior healthcare? Oh noooooooo. WELCOME TO COMMUNIST STYLE customer service.

HORRIBLE! Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone with AVERA or this clinic directly. I had to change my appointment and I’ve waited for hours without being able to speak to anyone. My chart is a joke and doesn’t work either. This is a cruel system that will not allow you to actually speak to a person. Be very careful putting the medical needs of you or your family into a place that you cannot contact.
