My wife and I bought from this dealer months ago. We went in looking for a specific vehicle they had advertised, but we ended going with another one that had more upgrades. Originally I spoke to a lady over the phone and she was very pleasant and informative, but when we got there she was leaving and passed us off to another salesman. The sales process wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but the after the fact is what I have issues with. We were promised several things which we ended up having to chase down, but we got them. The communication is very poor. We decided to just let it go. Fast forward to our first service appointment. I called and spoke to a women to set up the appointment and I asked her if the maintenance will be free as they advertised. I was at 5000 miles at the time, but she said it needed to be at 6500 miles before the service would be covered. I called back again when I was at the mileage and they didn’t have any appointments for weeks out. I understand many places are short handed people, but there are many stipulations on the free maintenance. I ended up making an appointment at another dealer which got me in immediately. They were also very professional. It was further out then what I wanted to travel but it was totally worth it. Wish I would have bought there.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my new car at Red Hoagland Hyundai. Everyone was very helpful and not the least bit "pushy." I would highly recommend going there next time you are looking for a new car. When you get there, ask for Collin Porter. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He was not only very personable, but he listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly that in a car. He made sure that he explained everything to me and that I understood it. My car was not on the lot and was being delivered to the dealership. Every Monday, I got an update from Collin about the status of it. That was really going above and beyond. Even after I took my new car home, he still contacted me to make sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. It was a very positive experience from start to finish! Keep up the good work!

Called about a Nissan Frontier truck. The receptionist hung up twice. Third time she transferred me to Parts dept. fourth time I got a sale person. I explained the details of the truck. And he kept saying Nissan rogue. I finally said did say Rogue. And his response was I did t have to e rude This dealership is so unprofessional. Even if this was the one truck I wanted. I would not buy it here. Unbelievable
