On 7-27-2022 I was at the gate 5:00 pm I was able to enter through the gate while a lady was placing traffic cones blocking the way to the scale I asked the lady to let me in and she lied and said the scale is off!! she walked a way,the top manager Ms.Terri,( who had a fake smile)refused to let us in ,claiming that my household trash will mess up the whole operation!! Lol 😆,,she didn't make any sense, !!her poor treatment and unfair handling costed me over $200 and another day off work!! It's sux to feel this special treatment cuz you are diffrent!! It's a place of garbage with really trashy treatment! I will file a complaint to the commissioners and polj county committee! if you have options don't use this facility!

My father and I had an awful experience with this trash and they advertise there products through a trashy service even the top management Mrs terry was in-genuine and Poor customer service our tax money and fees has been abused unjustly treatment from the landfill I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Really easy and cheap fee to dump here. The employees on top of the hill in the booth are lazy. The work release crew from the jails were harder workers.

I have use them to pick up some items from in front of my house and every time I have used them they have been prompt and have worked around whatever schedule I have a greatly appreciate these people

Either that or they have so many complaints going on they don't want to hear them They will not pick up my yard trash this is been going on for four months I get the same runaround over and over and over It seems if the Hauler doesn't want to pick it up it's not going to get done and they have nothing in place to require him to do it

My yard trash is supposed to be picked up on Fridays It never is I have to call all the next week if I'm lucky on Thursday they will send the claw truck out to pick up two small trash cans of branches I'm tired of paying for a service that I'm not getting
