I bought a Honda CRV here last year. It was an easy and great experience. The problem came after I purchased the vehicle. I was in an accident where my car was hit from behind and after the whole ordeal I needed to know if I had elected gap insurance during time of purchase. I spent over a week calling winter haven Honda at different, calling everyday to speak to someone in finance. The receptionist would keep transferring me to a voicemail that was full. I continued calling, and when I said why are u transferring me to a line that I can’t leave a message. I then was transferred to the sales dept. They took down my name and number multiple times stating they will call back and never did. After about a week of this. Out of frustration I called and was very rude to the receptionist well that worked. I was able to get my information and I was planning on buying another crv from winter haven honda with my total loss check but because of the horrible customer service I will never ever go back. I would rather buy a car from a dealership that will continue to treat their customers with respect even after the purchase/sale.

I got a 2016 Nissan Sentra two and a half years ago from this dealership ( it was a trade in vehicle) well this was my first time financing a vehicle so I was new to it.i told my salesman Matthew I wanted to make sure I had a warranty on the vehicle he said he comes with the Powertrain warranty ( I did not know different types of warranties I could purchase ..he never explained to me different types of warranties to purchase.. well now my transmission is shot..and I don't have 5,000 for one..and there's nothing I can do because they said I don't have the extended power train warranty which I never knew anything about that when I purchased the vehicle. If Matthew would of talked to me about the extended powertrain warranty I would of got it because I didn't know anything about it back than 🥺

They usually have coupons available. I just paid 23 for my Honda crv.
