Amazing place for local art classes and even just walking around at the small rotating art gallery indoors. Thankful to have the Cary arts center as a great local resource!

Only in Cary. This park district building has studios for painting, fused glass, metal art, pottery woodworking and woodturning, a dance room, a full theater and more. Great for classes, camps, open studio, live music and theater and birthday parties. The parking lot is usually full but there is plenty of free parking very close by.

Yes. In our Main Gallery we have a show called "Turn Up The Volume 3-D". In this show various artists and students associated with the arts center have interpreted the idea of volume in their own unique ways. Yes, we will be open on Saturday the 26th from 9am to 10:30pm. That day we will be featuring a Costume Dance Party for kids in some of our main level spaces. Should be a fun day!
Nidihi. The Art Center teaches a wide variety of woodworking and woodturning classes, but they have not taught an epoxy class in the woodworking studio.

Hi Jesse, Thank you for your interest in the Arts Center. We don't currently have any stained glass public demonstrations scheduled. We do have a stained glass class scheduled for Oct 24-Dec 12. Just to note, we don't allow non-registered observers in the classroom. You may wish to check with Carolina Stain Glass in Durham to see if they do demos.
