Yes, they will cash pay checks there is a $1 fee for every $100 dollars To be cashed & they round up! So if you're cashing a check for a $150 you will pay $2 for the fee!
I'm not sure, but I don't think so. You might try Wal-Mart.
I've seen them for sale in the plant section in lucky's it's over by the meat department make the 3rd aisle from the meat Department also you can find them in Baking aisle I'll where they have kitchen appliances there to!
