I've seen them for sale in the plant section in lucky's it's over by the meat department make the 3rd aisle from the meat Department also you can find them in Baking aisle I'll where they have kitchen appliances there to!
I've seen them in the produce section occasionally. I don't know if they have them all the time, and i don't think i have ever seen them in the section that sells kitchen tools. I did buy a corer there once that can be used to just core an entire fruit. I use it for pineapples or sometimes for apples when i can't find my slicer/corer. I found this near the deli. So these tools are always in random areas.
