I had to take the car 3 times, because they were having trouble calibrating the lane assist, took in the 3rd time, never got a called that the car was ready, and when you called, they at the central office, and they weren’t even sure the status of the car, finally I go to pickup the car, next day I notice they scratched the nav screen, I called back, they answered at the central, and they weren’t even able to contact the shop, they told me someone was going to give me a called, never received one, very bad.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been trying to fix my car since April and have gone through 8 -10 technicians. No one knows what they are doing and they tried to fix my car with tape. This place is a joke go somewhere else.

#1 Not OME autoglass I have $80,000 FORD truck & they think I want china glass #2 They send somebody that's can not capable of calibrating the front winshied #3 so they make second APP. & miss it so the third APP. thay send somebody out to to calibrate it

They say they do. But I would highly recommend a different place. They are very unprofessional and not very good at their job. They don't even vacuum out the broken glass. Absolutely horrible place to try and get glass work done
you have to make a appointment and get a estimate first
It depends if you have the automatic rain sensor in the glass, which would add 50% more to the price. They can give you a quote over the phone.
If there is a good sized chip or crack in the windshield , then call Safelite and make an appointment to get a new one , And if you do not know a lot about cars , Go down to Safelite on Monument Blvd and have them check your car so you get the correct windshield for your car , SOMETIMES it takes several days for a windshield to get to the installers shop Because of the style or type of car you have , there are hundreds of models of cars on the road today , THE PEOPLE at Safelite did a nice job on my sports truck , the counter persons were professionals and the mechanics respectful and clean and did a good job .Troy from Walnut Creek
