Please get cashiers that can do their job without the rude service and not talking about their life or school issues. Cashiers that know how to attend customers. Very poor customer service today!!! These two girls were so annoying just now. I don’t want to hear you two talk to each other when you’re supposed to be attending your customers!!!

I went on a mission for something specific, which is obviously a tall order at a store like Ross. Their seasonal section had a lot of cute items, but unfortunately not exactly what I wanted. I asked an associate, who was very sweet and even checked in the back to see if any had come in but not gotten stocked. Although they hadn't, I really appreciated her providing such great service. She let me know that they get trucks daily except Sunday, so my item could come in soon!

I went to this store out of curiosity, never been to a Ross store. It was ok. There are some name brands here. Some sections didn't seem as organized as others. Very picked through. The prices seemed a bit high for low quality pieces, which there were a lot of. On the other hand, there were some cute and unique items there too. I only bought candy though at the checkout lane (impulse buy, who doesn't like chocolate!?)
