They are doing construction by the entrance and sign says to enter where the exits doors are. No problem! Walk in and there are no carts . Okay, I see carts all around but filled with product . I look at the entrance and exit. No carts. I ask the first person and she states by the entrance . I said they are not there. She doesn’t offer to help or say anything. I go to where 3 people are standing around talking about a white lady that came in . I ask them for carts. One guy reply’s I’m not sure . He started to look around and I did too. He then stops and goes back to having a conversation about some white lady. So I left! Something so simple shouldn’t be that hard. I came to buy a big rubber made cabinet and now I’m going somewhere else because they clearly didn’t want to help with something as simple as a cart . What makes me think they would help me load up the cabinet. I wish people took their jobs seriously. Even if it’s retail. I spent 24 years in retail. Do better people!

This might be the worst lowes I've ever been in. I walk in with a screenshot of a storage tote I had found online and saw that they had in stock and asked the gentleman at the customer service desk if he can help me find it. He was very rude and grumpy and asked if I could find what as I showed him he said that'll be over around 29 or 30. I searched 29 and 30 can't find it so I ask another girl who looks it up on her phone and says that it's in 30 I go back and look at 30 again still nothing. I find a third person who looks again and says that it's on the top shelf and they need a lift to get it she asked a gentleman to do so and he replies that he's the only one doing any work around here and she has to ask somebody else she overheads for assistance. I wait in the owl about 25 minutes before I become frustrated find a ladder and climb to get it myself. The ladder still doesn't reach the top shelf so I have to climb up the wires blocking off the shelf entrances like ladder rungs and make it to the very top shelf and throw the object down and then climb back down. What an absolute joke.
