First time at this location. It was packed. They don't even let you in the door when they're full. They have a little window you go up to and put in your reservation and they tell you the wait time. Luckily we didn't have to wait long as two bar seats opened up. Both workers behind the bar were really hustling. We ordered an appetizer and two meals. The appetizer and salads came out in a timely manner. We waited a long time for our meal but we were patient because we knew how busy they were. Finally without asking our waitress went to check on it and said it would be out shortly. The meals came out and we're perfectly prepared and tasted great. Come to find out that they deducted $15 from our bill due to the long wait. We won't hesitate to go back as the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

Not a good choice on the night we went! Very disappointing dining experience. Didn't make for a very Happy Birthday. First off, we waited an hour to be seated. Got our drinks, and eventually our appetizer. Then we waited an additional hour after placing our order. We got our food, by now, I'm Starving!! Had to get the waitress's attention, my medium rare ribeye was Raw (purple). So by the time it came back, re-grilled, properly, my guys were done eating. We had been there so long already, I asked for a to go box and we left. The manager did come by and gave a simple apology, blaming COVID!? Ok. So we left frustrated, I was nearly in tears. Don't know if I will try this location again. * I'm sorry, this review seems rather personal. I usually don't do this but this was our experience. SO, food flavor and temperature were on point, as expected from any Roadhouse. Service good enough, waitress was nice. Experience ? 🥺😭 Not Good.

I ordered take out and I literally have nothing good to say. For my 11oz I wanted my steak to be smothered with grilled onions and mushrooms, didn’t get that but I sure did get charged for it! I ordered extra dressing for my salad, didn’t get that. Also I don’t know if they changed the rolls but they were super small, and dry they don’t even taste the same. Only thing good about my 2 ordered were the loaded mashed potatoes. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Went there w 2 other people. we all ordered a meal w steak and each steak was either cold or barely warm. we could tell the food sat for a WHILE before it came to the table. they took off $25

I tried for a little bridal shower for daughter last year for about 10 people and told me they can't save it, but if everyone is there at one time they we set us. That was a hard one b/c it was a surprise for daughter. All worked out in the end. Bit, I would give them a call, wouldn't hurt to ask. Good Luck.
Masks are required while walking through the restaurant, while at the table no mask is required. There is higher barriers between the booths so seating is all able to be used.
