I went to the Bakersfield location for a live scan I needed for an ambulance license, and everything seemed to have gone smoothly. However, I realized this wasn't the case when I never received my license in the mail, and found out at the DMV that they never sent my live scan information to the licensing agency. When I called to ask whether I could receive a free live scan since they botched the first one, they refused. Don't waste your time and money and go to a different live scan service.

This is for their Hollywood location since their business only has 1 Google Maps page. I needed a live scan fingerprint test for a nonprofit I’m volunteering for. I called in advance and scheduled an appointment to come in at 1pm Friday (today) aka my lunch break. I arrive at my appointment time and the front door is locked, and they don’t seem to be open. I call the same number I used to schedule the appointment and the same guy picks up. I say, “Yes hi are you open? I had an appointment for 1pm?” The guy straight says, “I dont have time for this, I’m busy on a large group order for a company, it’s much more important. Try UPS on Western.” And hangs up on me. FYI, UPS says they don’t do Live Scans anymore. I forget such unprofessional human beings exist sometimes until I go outside my bubble. This experience definitely humbled me.
