You can ask just call and they will be happy to answer all your questions. Also you can go to the petsmart on ming every weekend and representatives from sox will be there.

The place has no regular hours, so you literally have to drop by at any time and any weekday that you would imagine that they'd be open (8am-5pm) and hope for the best. I know that is utterly inconvenient, but that's what I suggest. That or you can look at their FB page called Meow Co. And take a look at their events calendar. For sure they will be open to help you in some way during a community event.

I'm not aware of one. They are very difficult to get a hold of. You can try stopping by their location.
They adopt out kitten and full grown cats at the pets marts around town.
