Love the place but guys stop trying to rip people off with your geek squad. You wanna get the people offer to teach kids with free classes the tech. Sometimes giving a little pays off extremely.

I called today to see about having my replacement remote paired to my remote start. A really nice girl answered and said yes come on in at 445pm today and we can get that fixed for you . So I arrived at that time only to have the rudest employee assist me. He said he has no time for this and I told him I was told to come here at this time . He said I do not care and he is not going to help me. I will NEVER shop at Best Bit. So you know and hopefully you discipline your employee. I was there on 3/22/22 at 445 pm in your installation areas behind the store.

We walked in to have Geek Squad replace a screen protector on my phone and walked out the owners of a new refrigerator. I'm typing on the screen protector and it is good and the refrigerator will be delivered next week. It's amazing what we get from this Best Buy! Everyone wearing a Best Buy blue shirt was helpful. I do wish they wore name tags but they were exceptionally knowledgeable.

No one or nothing really stands out. It's a fairly clean store, emoyees are friendly and most are very knowledgeable. Some of there clearance items are fairly priced as well. I would like to see the battery recycling return. ♻️

A basic mounting is $129.99 where they will mount your tv on the wall and that’s it. An advanced mounting is $199.99 where they will conceal the cables, connect all of your devices to the tv, connect the tv to the internet and then show you how to operate it.
Yes they do have TV bases. Depending on brand and your tv size, they should be able help you.
