You will find the model and serial number on the back of the TV
The model and serial number as well as any information you would need to know should be located on a sticker that is usually on the back side of the television near the input panel where your cables plug into. Otherwise, it would be located on the bottom. Lastly, you can always find this information in the manuals provided inside the product packaging.
It should also be on the box. It can be helpful to take a picture of it on your phone so you can enlarge it.
