How come you don't answer your phone,me and my Husband have Called for twenty minutes now,And just bought two TV sets and need help,sorry we bought from you.

2 weeks later, still don't answer their phones. I've tried every extension on their menu with no answer after ringing for 10 minutes on each attempt. Very poor

I don't work here, but I'd try calling them back a little later. They may be currently busy.
