I will not be using this service again. This is the second year I’ve used them, and it’s also the second year where I’ve had issues with delivery/pick up with no help from the customer service people who work the phones/office. They give you time frames that the delivery/pickup people do not adhere to. so I only recommend them if you have an entire day you’re able to sit by and waste while waiting on stand by for someone to come and follow through on the service you’ve paid for. **update: after 4 hours of zero communication from them (& having missed my window for pick up) they responded to tell me it would be in the evening and did not offer an apology nor an explanation as to why they were not meeting our agreed upon time frame that I paid for within my large fee for this whole process. Save yourself the hassle and find another service for your Christmas tree needs in 2022.

This place is INCREDIBLY overpriced. Home Depot and Lowe's have more selection, great service and actually have trees priced fairly. For example, a $110 tree at Home Depot is $160 at Tradition Trees. Go see for yourself and then go to another place. Staff did seem very helpful and courteous.Hey Ryan. We carry premium trees that are of much higher quality and freshness than our big box competition. We have thousands of loyal fans because of our great trees and customer service. That’s why we’ve been in Little Five Points since 2006. You also get a free car wash with purchase!!! We are also locally owned and operated. If price is your only concern than we are definitely not your company. Thanks for shopping anyway.
