Took 4 days to get two items ready for pickup. Now I've been sitting at curbside pickup for over an hour and no one is answering the phone. What is the point of curbside if no one brings me my order? Update: Had to go inside and took another 45 minutes to get my order and I got nothing but attitude telling me to stand in line even though I have been waiting over an hour for my order. This place is not filled with customer service staff but people with attitude who look at it as an inconvenience to do their job.

Man… not Home Depot! Always preferred over all the other home improvement store but the experience I had yesterday was one of the worst one. I order 4 buckets of paint and paint supplies. A total of 11 items. Mind you, I submitted the order at 7am in the morning. After not hearing back all day, one item that we bought separately(at 3pm) was ready to pick up at 7pm. When we got there and asked about our paint order, they said it wasn’t ready. The guy literally prints the order and goes to look for the stuff… which meant it was never worked on. After waiting for an hour, the guy comes back with half the items because the rest was out of the stock. He only had 4/5 of our paints because he could not find the other one. As we are leaving the store we decide to check the paint… all four paints were the same color… white! Which we order a black, green, gray, and one white. The color he refunded us for was for the white…. So we went back. As we are walking in, the guy who helped us is leaving to the opposite side of the store. They call him to come to the front and never does. Another rep ends up helping us and then tells us that they gave us the right paint and that labeling is what we order…but at the point we have seen what’s inside. He clearly didn’t know how paint work because he didn’t know they needed to add color.. at the point I gave up and left with a full refund. Disappointed in this home dept.

I had a bit of a challenging situation. 3 Angels assisted me and took amazing care in customer service. Thank you so much to Cole, Debra, and Ernestine exhibited patience and care and put me at ease. I shop here several times a week and about 99% of the time it's superior customer service. Thay one time I can truly say was super busy and I don't believe the young lady meant to be as short with me as she was. But these 3 ladies made me remember their names. If you encounter either of them, you WILL be in good hands!!

Yes they will deliver. Most times you can get free delivery but they do charge a nominal fee for hauling away the old one. You can contact GA power about their appliance recycling program.

As long as you can 1 find it on homedepot.com you should be fine likewise the website will tell you if the item is available for in-store pick up
