Great library. Welcoming and helpful staff and it's kept clean and quiet. This is a small town so expect to not have the number of books you would find in large communities, but you can have titles transferred and they ship quickly. The kids section has a great selection of books. There's is a large computer section available. Only 2 couches to sit and read at, I wish there were more spots to pause and read.

First time visiting. I was happy that my toddler and I dropped in perfect timing for their ‘family art night’. It was fun to be in an environment with other parents & their kiddos for some quality time. Great selection of kids books as well. I will return & I highly recommend.

I was spending several days in Joshua Tree National Park and stopped in the library when visiting Twentynine Palms. Very nice building with a good number of titles. The staff was helpful. Great way to spend time outside of the park.
