The owner is absolutely rude, says it opens at 9am.. I was waiting at the door, I noticed the door said please use other door so I called to make sure I was at the right door. Right when the man, dark hair light eyes and shaggy beard opened the door he asked if I was the one calling I said yes he replied “you don’t need to call if the door isn’t open I’m not open” I told him I was only calling to make sure I was at the right door and he continued to have a poor attitude… and when I left with my packages he slammed the door on me.. if you have the option to use another facility please do so… would never have any of my packages delivered here again….if I could select no stars I would’ve

If I could get it zero stars I would!!! I went there to send a fax, but guys says he doesn't know how to & wouldn't let me send it. Said try & come back tomorrow!!! Place is a mess and so dirty!!! I will never use them again!!! Go to Copy Center Plus on Adobe Rd, tons of workers who are nice and immediately ask if they can help you!!! Plus tons of wonderful gifts in addition to office supplies!!!

Man in the beard made returning some items super easy by printing out some shipping labels for me and preparing the packages. Will definitely be my go to when i have packages that need to go out of 29 palms.
