I'm gonna start this out with I'm not a hard person to get along with. I try to be as nice as possible and understanding when it comes to restaurants. Pizza hut in Bridgeport has great staff. The orders are usually good and the food quality is as it's expected to be. However, I don't know what her name is but she's a supervisor/ boss/ manager? I don't know but she's skinny and wears her hair in a braid. Every time a friend or I go there, I hear the same thing: she's rude. She's rude to not only the customer but the own employees?? I mean Christ get a grip lady!! It's not a once or twice ordeal, but every time. I even have friends that have worked there and were treated badly by her, It's pretty sad. They have some of the nicest employees and they're usually super polite. This woman really needs to get off of her high horse!! Her attitude needs adjusted

Still waiting on food and I called and ordered 50 mins ago and I live 8 mins drive from the store. I guarantee it's cold when they finally bring it. Idk what's going on but the service there is getting worse and worse! 🤬😡

I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and got o pizza with all kind of stuff that I don't like on it. Took it back to the restaurant and was told by the girl at the counter to get the pizza out of the restaurant and that district Mgr would contact me. Never heard from them. Called the store and talked with the manager and she said stop by and I could get a refund. The Mgr took my receipt and had me sign a slip for a refund and I never received any refund. I would rate this restaurant at 0 stars,but I had to rate the store at least 1 star.

We were the only 2 customer's inside the establishment, bathroom was very clean, very prompt and pleasant wait Staff! Cook even asked how our Pizza was? Very good too by the way! Deep Dish Pan Pizza was unavailable! We opted for thr hand tossed, which was also, very good! Also would like to thank them for honoring myself as a Veteran, and my friend, who is unable to walk normal, his entire life! The veteran's discount, that wasn't even brought to my attention, until I looked at the check! Helps also, when you tip those who wait on you, even with masks on, You can tell everyone is still trying, to make our visit, as enjoyable, as possible! Thank You! 🇺🇸
