The washers don't clean your things at all and the dryers never work as well I got ripped off !!! Never again

Every time we come here every washer has a layer of mold under the detergent flap and I see every review here saying that it's clean... Secondly, we consistently have a poor experience with our clothes not being dried (not because they're overcrowded). This time they got into they dryer and charged us a fee for folding them...nobody asked you to put your hands all over my clothes, there's a sign that says you're not responsible for clothes left unattended, why was this time any different? If someone else had gotten into the dryer you wouldn't take responsibility but you'll get into them yourselves...alright. There's St. C, and Suds Your Duds just in Ohio and they're kept much cleaner with better and newer machines, I'll pay the extra quarter a load. Edit: They lost some of our clothes...maybe that's why you shouldn't remove them from the dryer. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service and rude employees through the whole process. Enjoy sitting around not doing anything while the place gets more and more disgusting.

Layer after layer of mold suction cuped to the side of the machines, and then finally the attendents mess with your clothes after it explicitly says it's the customers responsibility. no thanks.

Very clean! Workers are always friendly. They have public restrooms and huge 6load washers! And it's cheap.
