Normally would give this store 4 to 5 stars, having shopped there several times. I live in Central WV with no local hobby shops {OK Hobby Lobby only) and there was a Model Train show at Monroeville (Pittsburgh) which is two to two and half hours from my house. A group of us decided to go to the show on Saturday Nov 6th and I talked them into going to T & K hobby after done with the show even though this added an additional hour each way to get to the store. We finished with the show at 1230 PM and a quick check online showed the store on Saturday open until 3 PM. We all had plenty of money left and departed. We arrived at the store at about 2:10 PM only to find a note on the door stating they were closing at 3 PM. However the store Doors were locked, store lights off and no one around. In the future I suggest calling ahead to verify what is online is accurate. So much for trying to support a "local" hobby shop!
