I had not been to a burger King in over 20 years. Messed up the order in a very large way. The Gal helped me at the end was so nice ( frustrated, but also nice and understanding) . She helped us get the right stuff. I wish I had your name because you were awesome. Thank you we had a great lunch.

The menu board shows only 1/3 of the specials, when you ask about a special advertised only on a difficult to see window the order taker acts "snotty", because the customer is the problem. Then when you order the item, they tell you you should order it differently, when you order it their way the order is misunderstood by other staff. The order would have been larger but I don't like to give business for "snotty" impatient service. You food is really good, your specials and prices are good. You customer service and management designed ordering process make you a waste of my time. Usually just not worth the trouble. But at least the lines aren't very long because other people have given up on your behavior as well. Oh and most times you close early with the lights on so customers can waste their times trying to order at the drive thru.
