Corporate needs to pull the Franchise. Great product and prices, very, almost criminally, poor Management... And the owner is obviously taking the profits and not maintaining the building or paying enough to find a great Manager. If he needs lessons in restaurant management or how to have a moral compass, because He does not obviously. Ask me for help, my consulting fees are reasonable. If he is closing the dining room like that @ 8 PM, it can close for a bankruptcy sale any minute. Wait for it. Or is it already in receivership?
They are having a problem with having enough staff to stay open later. One night they had to close the dining room by 8 pm.
Well they should @ the least put a sign up @ the main entry way for customers. I guess it should be obviouse to most but this location never has all eligable lights on for parking area, partial lighting while inside store lobby, surrounding store perimeter, or signage. So I guess probably better any how that I dont test food quality. thanks Again
