I think this will be the last BK I visit. I have a sneaking suspicion that the owner of this particular location is a bit greedy. The drink machine inside is always watered down (guess he's trying to save on syrup). This location charges for extra lettuce and extra mayo, which wouldn't be a big deal if they put an adequate amount on in the first place but they don't. The $5 meal deal going on is $6 at this location. Calm down, you're not in a high traffic downtown spot to justify the markup on your baby whopper meal. Not once have I ever gotten a chicken sandwich from this location (baring the one time I asked for extra lettuce and mayo and was charged for it) and it had more than a few little cuts of lettuce and an application of mayo so light you could mistake it for grease from the chicken. Service is inconsistent. 50/50 chance whether your meal will be made in a timely manner or you'll be waiting quite a while. And these are just issues with this particular location. The one consistent thing about the BK franchise as a whole is that there is always going to be something so disappointing about the food or restaurant you visit that it makes you go "oh yeah, now I remember why I'd just rather go to McDs".

Poor customer service! They rip you off if you order by app. No condiments. Cold fries. Ordered 3 combo meals only got 2 drinks. Customer service is ZERO help.

Got my truck & trailer stolen from their parking lot. Lame customer wouldn't call 911 but the nice folks behind the counter let me use their phone. Lock your doors and take your keys in West Salem.

This is a west Salem bk where you can cut in line on foot in the drivrthru. This happened today. I was very hungry and next for the window. By the time I got my food it had been over a 30 minute wait and this guy did not help matters kind of blurry but you get the point
