I made an appointment with the location on Rosdale hwy went to pick up the car didn’t have the car ready what’s the point of making appointments!!! I left very mad ?? I called this location Marco answer the phone took care everything ?? Picked up my rental car everything went smoothly and in professional way 😊 A+A+

My wife and I set up a reservation for a car in this location, we called early morning to make the reservation they gave us the info of the car and the reservation numbers and time to pick up the car. We went at noon to pick it up and to our surprise the agent said there was NO RESERVATION, and the car was already rented by someone else. On top of that he said that they called me to let me know that the car was already rented but they didn't call me. They came out with an excuse saying that they had a different phone number on file and called the wrong person. Then they suggested us another car for which the cost was more than double of the the one we originally reserved. So we ended paying way more just because we didn't have another option at that moment. We definitely don't recommend this place, don't trust them. Horrible experience- STAY AWAY!!!

The first time you rent from them you're going to be asked for a most recent pay stub. A current/active bank statement print out of the last 30 days. A utility bill that is current and not past due with the current address you live at. A credit or debit card that thats active and enough to pay for the rental fees and deposit. They give you your deposit back pnce you return the car in original state you took it. (Deposit is $200). Keep in mind they can only swipe your card once. So make sure you have enough to cover everthing at point of sale. Hope that was helpful :)
