I love this location! Always friendly and helpful. Vehicles are clean and trouble free. Only suggestion would be, maybe show the customers how the vehicle works, like lights, hazards, shifting & radio.

Loved the customer service experience, I'm the kind of person who struggles being outside and talking to strangers is a no for me, but the person who gave me service was really friendly and kind, it made me feel comfortable. It was an easy fun and comfortable experience overall. He showed me the the car that im renting and showed me how to use the display screen of the Corolla 2021. I'm happy with the experience. The place was full, the process was fast and got to leave with the car really fast. Thank you guys!

We brought the rental car back after we filled it up and the lady tried charging 25 bucks for 4 gallons of gas. I guess they don’t take in consideration u have to drive from the gas station to enterprise. I will never rent a car from this rip off company again. All they care about is making a quick buck

You can rent there and leave at airport and do the same on return, there is an airport bus that loads at SJVC college on New Stine, saw the bus there last week.
