As usual Avis disappoints. Turning in a car that I should have just towed. They still want to charge for gas after the undercarriage is falling down and had previously been taped unbeknownst to me. I didn't want to drive more than I had to... none the less the undercarriage cover fell off. Terrible cars.. Terrible service.

Avis rental car at Bakersfield, CA Airport only had a half tank of gas, but I was expected to return the car with a full tank of gas. Avis is a TOTAL THIEF!

I believe you have to be 25+ use a credit card. If using debit they will hold a deposit. Valid license. The person using the credit card must be on site to finish the transaction.
Basically it comes out as 80 to 100 per day and the car you want to rent depends on the website so you can see where you can rent it and have the option to return it to any other location you prefer.
