I highly recommend this team. Super friendly, great attitudes, and just really good people. The river is amazing and worth getting out and doing.

We had a group of around 15 people and we had a great time. Beautiful part of the river, nice clean cabins. Quiet and peaceful. Only had 1 thing and I let them know but the mattress in room 5 was terrible. They said they would take care of it. Can't wait to go back next year

Got the Tucker suit for my boyfriend’s bday. This place is absolutely gorgeous and everyone that works here has been personable and knowledgeable. We are here during the weekday and have had the place to ourselves. This will definitely be a nice place we go once a year. Love it here!

Great experience. Helpful, friendly, and trustworthy employees. I want to stay in one of their room/vacation rentals during my next visit.

The Illinois River is a great fishery! Trophy small mouth and big ol catfish.
👍 very family friendly. There are always a few that forget they aren't the only ones on the river playing loud music and making fools of them selves. But thats on any float trip this time of the year.
The river is perfect. Come see us!
you can lock your valuables in your vehicle, and give your keys to the front desk
Lexi, if it's for rafting we only have 6 person rafts. The rafts require 4 paid guests minimum. But, 2 guests can raft as long as you pay the minimum. We also have single & double kayaks. If tubing is a suitable option you can book that through our sister outfitter, Riverbend by the Bridge. Tubes are single, individual units with back rest and drink holder. Tubing is a 4 mile float and you can rent a cooler tube to tow your cooler. Riverbendbythebridge.com Thanks !
Yes
No. There is a sign posted that says no private rafts/tunes allowed.
Riverbendfloats.com. Click on float options. Details & prices are there along with online reservations. Hundreds of guests have booked online this week through our website.
Their website has all the pricing. You can book your float online too
Floating yes. Lodging no.
There are banks and coves that you can fish but it's a little busy for finding a quiet place to fish from the kayak itself.
Coming in at 5'2" today. Can always check here: https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=tsa&gage=TALO2

Anmar, sorry you were not pleased with your experience. Let's talk safety: On May 30, 2020 every outfitter on the Illinois river floated with one exception. For safety reasons, we did not float on May 30, 2020. Out of 15 outfitters, we were the ONLY outfitter to suspend operations that day. I urge anyone to call GRDA River Operations at 918-456-3251 to verify this fact. On the day of your float, we became aware of a tree blocking the river and suspended operations for over an hour, mid morning, with over 100 guests waiting in our pavilion to depart on their float. We suspended operations until GRDA resolved the issue and gave us the go ahead. In the five years we have been in business we have had ZERO medical emergencies of any kind on land or water. Your comment is false and misleading and injurious to our reputation and I dispute your claim.
Robert is correct. Just make sure to rent a raft.
We do allow dogs on the rafts but not in lodging. Thanks
Depends on water level. At a certain level, certain ages will be limited. Levels are good right now, so no worries. Go to their website for more details on ages and days. Have a great time! We love it there!
September is my favorite time of year to float. We will be open after September 15th by appointment only. For reservations go to our website at riverbendfloats.com. Thanks a bunch and have a great day!
We can do any number of people from one to 100. For rafting we charge a minimum of four passengers per raft. We also have kayaks, double kayaks and single tubes. Prices are on our website riverbendfloats.com
The river has been great the last week. It goes down about as fast as it rises. NWS data shows the river will rise and recede to safe levels by this weekend. Keep an eye on this data as it relates to our safe floating guidelines. https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?gage=talo2&wfo=tsa Riverbend Floats policy on floating as it pertains to river levels at the Tahlequah guage (see link above): 6'.................................Children 10 and under shall float in rafts only 6' 6"............................All persons shall float in rafts only 7' 6"............................No children 10 and under 9’ 6”………………………All floating ceases Muddy water............All floating ceases We strictly adhere to the policy stated above for your safety.
You really need to make reservations can do this online if you have a credit or debit card they don't take it off your card until you float and if you need make changes you can call and leave message it may take 24 hours before they return your phone call...you get to see a part of the river you've never seen and you don't run into many people it was beautiful no you don't have to stay here they have rooms to rent and a house for up to 2 days they have 6 miles which takes 4 to 5 hours and they have a 12 miles
DeAnne, we have decent flow year around. I'm sure you will enjoy tubing in August.
How many canoes would you like to purchase?
Our cabins are $119 per night for two guests. Additional guests are $10/night each. Two night stay is required.
