This is the second time my wife and I were stereotyped by the salesmen and treated different because our ethnicity. First time , absolutely nobody helped us but when old Caucasian people came in they practically swarmed them. This time , we were looking at the trailers and the salesmen literally said “ those are our higher class trailers, the lower class ones are in the back” then left us when an old white couple came in. Unless you are old and white, and look like you have a good pension coming in, Be prepared to be stereotyped and demeaned, by your color and age. Go to NOHRS in tracy instead. They treat you with respect and courtesy .

People are friendly but the service department is inadequate they had our camper trailer for 28 days and we still had to take it back for door adjustments and it’s still not right after 3 trips to them and now we have to take it back aging once the get more part ordered they are 78 miles from us lots of gas for there issue Not happy at all

Driving past the rv center, a trailer caught the eye of the Mrs. We turned around to take a look and were greeted by salesman Larry. He was so friendly and helpful answering questions about the trailer. His approach, knowledge and friendliness disarmed the Mrs and made her very comfortable.
