I used to seriously hate going to this Taco Bell - long lines, missing items, etc. However, that all changed when Nick came along and started working there. Nick is absolutely amazing. Seriously. I have never had a single bad experience going there when Nick is working, and frankly, the rest of the crew there is amazing as well. I just have the most experience talking with Nick. He is so friendly, so upbeat, and just absolutely amazing. I recommend for everyone to come here and just experience the delight that is Nick. I feel like this Taco Bell completely revamped when Nick came along. Thank you Taco Bell and Nick!!! <3

As I go through the drive thru wait at window for my order I witnessed a male employee playing tossing a empty cup around like it was a ball and then afterwards he puts it back then it doesn’t end there a worker was sitting on the counter GROSS they almost never give customers their receipts let alone all the food they order and pay for not a clean or good place to go for food

One of the worst, if not the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I love taco bell, I order vegetarian options and meat filled options depending on the time of year. And this taco bell always feels like someone literally threw something in a paper, never wrapped. The bread smells bad! It's like someone just used Windex or sanitizer and put it on the bread with their bare hands. Avoid this taco bell. It used to be so good. Hopefully it gets fixed back to it's former glory.

Do NOT order the cinnamon twists at this location! This Taco Bell consistently disappoints. Nearly every time I visit this location, items are missing. It’s probably because the order is ready almost immediately. You can tell they scrape the cheese off of soft tacos instead of preparing it fresh (hint: they never get all of it— even for those of us with dairy allergies). Most importantly, I used to love the cinnamon twists but this location consistently serves them undercooked and without cinnamon. Today was the breaking point. I specifically asked them to make sure they were cooked and had the normal amount of cinnamon. Take a look at the photo of what that means to them. Just save yourself the hassle and disgust and drive to a different location. Clearly this Taco Bell is incapable of implementing a QA system. I do have one positive thing to say. Everyone who works there is very nice and quick.

I'm not suprised that Taco Bell in Carmel is closed early. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how that store operates. I chalk it up to poor management. I won't even go to that Taco Bell anymore and it's the closest one to me. When I used to go there(I usually would go to the drive-up)they would give me every excuse in the book about why they couldn't serve me. Here's a list of excuses: Computers down Can't take cash tonight Out of food Can't take credit cards You'll have to wait a half hour for your food I just got tired of their endless line of bulls___. I decided to go elsewhere where I could actually get served by workers who give a s___. I feel like the workers there don't care and couldn't care less about serving customers Many times in the morning they are not open on time either.
Not last night
