Very clean and updated hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Michaela that manned the bar in the morning for coffee and expresso drinks was attentive and helpful. She filled my cooler both mornings without complaint. The lobby was expansive to gather with other people that were staying at the hotel. It was a very good experience for a kids sporting event.

I stayed at the Renaissance for this past week and had an exceptional experience. I want to particularly give praise to Derek who works at the Starbucks in the lobby. His professionalism, kindness, and caffeinated drinks made my week 100 times better. There is technically a hotel closer to my worksite, but next time I am in town I will be coming to the Renaissance because know I'll be able to find genuine hospitality. This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean and safe. Stay here and say hi to Derek!

I wanted to like this hotel, but I think it's not worth the cost. I recommend looking elsewhere. I do not believe you get your money's worth here. Glazed glass, hanging sliding doors for the bathroom is an odd choice. Never seen that before and I know why. Our mini fridge did not work so I called the front desk. They replaced the fridge with another broken one. I didn't bother calling again, instead I used a trash can for an ice bucket (there was no ice bucket in the room) to keep our items cold. I stayed here for a business trip, but I'll recommend we don't use this hotel anymore.

Check-in went very smoothly. Bed was very comfortable, great amenities including a really nice gym, a great breakfast and all the workers were super courteous. Lots of convenience surrounding us as well. We’ll definitely stay again.
