Huge thank you to Jason with internet services/broadband who has gone above and beyond getting a line dropped in our new build/neighborhood for our house. My husband and I just moved to Columbia (from Nashville) and we originally were signed up to use internet through Spectrum but the customer service we received from Spectrum has been absolutely awful. After 6+ missed appointments by Spectrum and hours of phone calls (and an in-person visit to the Spectrum Columbia location who were very unhelpful) with Spectrum support, we decided to switch to Columbia Power Systems and Jason and his team were able to get us setup pretty much within a week or so. Thank you so much for the great customer service, Jason and team!

I have had very good experience with their broadband service. When I've had a problem they have actually sent a tech out to my house. I would have given five stars except for their phone menu. I called about a water problem and it is totally confusing on how to get to the person I need. I'm waiting for them to call me, hopefully. I wish we could go back to the days when a live person answered the phone.

That's all based on your router not your modem. Look on the router for an admin username and password and should also have the address (normally 192.168.1.1).

Have call approximately 3 or 4 times not counting last night, with the same messed up answer names has been turned in.but no way to contact service operator to see if or when they are coming.
If you call their office and wait for the menu options there's an option to report an outage. There's always someone on call.

I don't believe that CPWS cable provides internet to the homes around the school. Charter or AT&T. You would probably have better luck by asking your friends on Facebook or calling your internet provider on the phone.
Asking on Facebook or calling their number would probably be better than asking Google. Call 388-4833 and follow the prompts.

No paymeny plans. You have to pay your bill in full and if past the die date late charges will need to be paid too. Or they eill cut your lights out. Thise people there have no heart its all about the money.
No power on old Williamsport Pike and I try calling in to cpws and number is not working.

Yes they do, just call them and they'll set it up over the phone. I ended up with a free month and a whole month refunded
