Its not terrible, but it definitely needs updating. There is water damage from a previous tenant and maybe mold. The building is old and falling apart. Trash comes at 4 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and its very loud. We are also next door to a farming equipment distributor (I think that's what it is) which is also very loud early in the morning; I have a new baby so that can be quite problematic. You can find shingles off the roof on the ground at any point and its not insulated well at all. The windows hold in no heat, cold, or noise. Love the staff! Extremely nice and helpful!

Living here since 2015, no worries about safety or excessive noise. Older apartment complex and if I have a maintance issue always handled in a timely manner..Large master bedroom and pantry off kitchen a big plus.

I love living here!! The apartment is newly renovated and the area is so quiet and peaceful. There is a lot of yard space to run around and play if you have little ones. The laundry facility is very clean, and there are plenty of washers and dryers. The neighbors around me are wonderful and always willing to help me out if needed. 100% recommend.
