Had me wait in the office while she searched for an email she allegedly sent me saying there were no units available. Why am I able to schedule a time to tour one if there are none to view? With that level of ineptitude I'm curious how bad they are with other things like maintenance. Might as well have a child running the show.

My family is blessed to be here and our neighbors are like family. Unfortunately, This place use to be kid friendly ! It now have blocked all kids from having water play such as slip slides and mini pools and if you use a hose you will get evicted from your place. The playground is a dangerous and still pulled apart even after covid 19 restrictions have been lifted. Very Dangerous to live here as well Apartments broken in to ( Police statement for proof )as well as cars. Other people have been held up by gun point and robbed! Not kid friendly place anymore so if you have kids dont move here.

I have the same question! I hope find out soon before I do whatever I am going to do because nothing that's stipulated on the contract is going in that directions. I have my A/C broken since last Thursday night, no one answer the phone Friday , I had to leave a message that get a quick response today Monday almost at noon. Btw, they don't know that to do to my A/C because maintenance don't have any knowledge about what's going on with it. They come, turned off, turned back on and when they see that's "working", they leave. They are a disaster and the peolpe in the office isn't very helpful at all. I think they would NOT get this month rent and they will have to deal with my lowers. Ironic detail is that supposedly the OWNER comment in another question but they never answer you with any type of info in how you can contact them. I will find out who's the owner and hope they contact us before they get more trouble about how they are handling the issues here.
